Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was received
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items include:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing a justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement until the package is returned to us.
